C. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR MANAGEMENT STAFF            

1. General Manager: minimum of a Unversity Degree or HND in  the relavant field and 10 years experience
2. Sectional Head: minimum of a University Degree or HND in the relevant field  and 7 years experiance

D. OTHER STAFF

         minimum of a University Degree or HND in the relevant field and 3 years experiance
